FSCC – This is 50 years of cumulative experience in Accounting Expertise and Economic Consulting. The company specializes in areas such as financial, regulatory and accounting advice, coupled with fiduciary, domiciliation and family office activity.

The company also offers company formation, domiciliation, administration, legal secretarial and tax services to entities established in Luxembourg or wishing to set up there.

We offer a wide range of services intended for a wide spectrum of clients ranging from multinationals, investment funds as well as individuals. The solutions offered are designed to meet specific customer needs.

The scale of changes and revisions, and the speed with which these new requirements are being introduced by the many accounting regulators, auditing bodies and other tax administrations, is unprecedented. Managers are finding it increasingly difficult to keep informed of these developments and comply with them. We provide targeted technical assistance on planning an orderly and efficient transition while helping you reduce risks in financial and tax reporting, information systems and operations monitoring.

Holder of an MBA in engineering business management from the University of Coventry and a Luxembourg chartered accountant (member of the OEC since 2005), Sébastien has experience in accounting and finance, regulatory matters, tax matters and fund administration. It is also able to particularly cover all aspects of financial and regulatory reporting, financial processes, independent directors of funds and companies, support during structuring and optimization projects.

Sébastien has more than 23 years of experience in Luxembourg in the Big Four and rose through the ranks, starting as an assistant and ending up as an associate. Sébastien has worked as an external auditor in international groups; banks, traditional and alternative funds as well as professionals in the financial sector. Godefroid Laurent

Graduated with a bac+3 in accounting and management from a higher education school in Belgium, Laurent began his career in 1998 at Fastnet Luxembourg as an Opc accountant. Over the years, he acquired solid skills in the investment fund industry in Luxembourg. He held senior positions with major market administrators such as Société Générale Securities Services and Crédit Suisse Securities Services. His latest experience was to create from scratch a central administration for a Luxembourg bank wanting to offer domiciliary/accounting agent and registrar services.

 

Laurent has in-depth knowledge of the different types of Luxembourg companies, regulated or not (Ucits, AIF, FIAR, SCSp, SPV or S.à r.L), he knows the issues of regulated funds investing in listed products but also the world of Private Equity/Real Estate) investing in more complex underlying assets.

 

From his various experiences and past positions, he is able to support you on all of the following subjects:

- Vehicle incorporation, on-boarding, in/out migration, outsourcing and even liquidation

-All subjects related to fund administration: pricing issues, review and improvement of processes (hedging, efficiency gains) or implementation of new tools such as (Gp3 or GP4, PI Control , Nx compliance)

-The development of various regulatory or specific reporting (CSSF, BCL, KPI, KRI)

-Issues related to the transfer agent (dealing, reporting (Fatca/CRS) and the acceptance of new investors (AML/KYC).
