FSCC S.à r.l. was founded in 2022 by Sébastien Fourny and Laurent Godefroid, two seasoned professionals from the Luxembourg financial sector with a combined experience of over half a century. Their careers were built within leading international banks (Société Générale, Credit Suisse, Creand) as well as renowned audit firms (Deloitte, EY, KPMG), where they held senior management positions and developed expertise covering the entire value chain of financial services.
Driven by the ambition to put quality and proximity back at the heart of client relationships, they created FSCC to provide a credible alternative to the market’s major players.
Based in Esch-Belval, 1 boulevard de la Recherche, FSCC primarily targets mid-sized investment structures, often overlooked by traditional service providers. FSCC’s mission is to offer them high-level support that combines flexibility, pragmatism, and accessibility.
The firm brings in-depth sector expertise in investment funds, limited partnerships (SCSp), securitization vehicles, holding companies, and other Special Purpose Vehicles, enabling clients to optimize their activities through advice on structuring, accounting, regulatory, and tax matters, while also delivering comprehensive administrative support.
